Writing

Whether writing for adults or young adults, my fiction is largely character-driven and contemporary, with a literary bent. I’m very interested in writing about mental health, trauma, and recovery, and my protagonists often struggle with aligning their interior and exterior worlds. My writing tends toward the dark and raw, and I adhere to the notion that fiction is actually a deep, and rich form of truth-telling.
